For over a decade, we have nurtured an organic kitchen garden at my home, which has now come to life at the restaurant. Sam has brought her passion and dedication to this program with her focus on turning every inch of space into edible plants rather than grass or decorative flora.
Our shared vision is to have the garden supply a large percentage of the fruits, vegetables, and herbs we use in the kitchen. When this is not possible, we work closely with local growers, makers, and like-minded creators who share our passion for ethical and sustainable food production.
The garden is the heart of who we are as a restaurant, providing not just ingredients but also shaping the seasonal menus and reflecting our commitment to being local, environmental, and ethical. The seasons of the garden dictate what we cook, preserve, and ferment, ensuring that every dish is deeply connected to the land and community.
Rest assured, we only use pasture-fed, locally sourced beef and lamb, pasture-raised free-range poultry and pork, and ethically sourced South Australian seafood.
We invite you to place your trust in us with our $90 pp “Feed Me” menu, showcasing our most-loved dishes from the garden, paddock, and sea. Summer Season (Dec – March): Groups of 6+ are required to participate in our ‘Feed Me’ Menu (all 7 days).
Out of Summer Season: Groups of 6+ Fri – Sun & groups of 8+ Mon – Thurs are required to participate in our ‘Feed Me’ Menu.
Entire Table must participate in the ‘Feed Me’ menu.
Dietary Requirements and requests can be catered for, notice recommended.
In addition to our $90 ‘Feed Me’ Menu, there is a $75 ‘Feed Me’ Menu option, please contact us for more information.
For our young guests we offer the Feed Me menu for $50 per child.
